Indoor Exercise Facilities

Municipal inhabitants may use the gyms in school buildings to exercise outside school hours. The municipal Sports and Fitness Services Unit organizes also guided activities. Other indoor exercise facilities in Sipoo include the Multi-Purpose Hall and its gym, and the Sipoo Practice Ice Hall.
