Outreach Youth Work
Outreach youth work is a form of specialized youth work. Its goal is to reach young people in need of support, and to help them get the services and other support they need. The goal is to help young people to find work, student place or other similar activities. Outreach youth work helps young people in their everyday lives. When necessary, youth workers will also accompany youth when they visit different institutions (for example social work units, TE offices, health care services and schools).
Outreach your work is directed to young persons between 16 and 29 years of age. For young people, participation is always voluntary and free of charge.
