Lövhyddan

Lövhyddan in Kalkkiranta is a seaside villa and sauna owned by the municipality of Sipoo. The building is rented out to private persons, associations and companies for leisure time activities, meetings and festivities. Employment Unit Risteys takes care of the bookings as well as maintains and keeps clean the Lövhyddan buildings and premises.

The house is rented out primarily to Sipoo-based companies, and over 18-year-old private persons living in Sipoo. The rent is €200 (including VAT 24%) per full day (24 hours). On weekdays, the rental time begins at 9 a.m. and ends the following day at 8 a.m. If the house is rented for the whole weekend, the rental time begins on Friday at 1 p.m. and ends the following Monday at 8 a.m. A whole weekend costs €400 (including VAT 24%). Other rental times can be arranged when booking the facility. The buildings are not available for rent per hour, or for evening use only.

The rent does not include tableware, tablecloths, towels, sauna bench towels, pillows, blankets, linen and so on. Persons renting the facility must also bring their own toilet paper and kitchen paper. Firewood is available at the facility.
